Phase 2: Presence and Connection.

As always: Its possible you’ll go deeper,

for that you decide how long to dedicate,

but at least give yourself 1 hr...

A Ritual to begin…

// Step 1: Find a **quiet space**.
*Optional: Find a candle and lighter, and bring that with you to your quiet space.*
// Step 2: Take ten slow **deep breaths**.
Feel how each breath softens your body.
// Step 3: **Set an intention** for this time. *If you have a candle, light it as you say your intention.*
*If you’d like a suggestion.. consider committing to enter a space of presence, self love, no judgement and play.*
First things first.
So within, so without.

GO OUTSIDE AND PUT YOUR FEET ON THE EARTH

Take 5 minutes minimum. Find any patch of earth outside.

Take off your shoes and put your feet on the earth.

Make your creative Space!!!

Now we KNOW that you are all different kinds of creatives!

This is an INVITATION to take time to CRAFT your creative space

How does that resonate for you?

What does that look like to you?

If you are on the move, make yourself a portable altar of a few little things that inspire you to lean into your creative spirit.

If you are in your home, make a little cove your space.

Where ever you are.. the invitation is to make your creativity sacred, whatever that means to you.

MAKE A VIDEO!

We want to continue this process of getting to know each other, so we have a challenge for you that has been successful in the past and that has brought us great joy: the recording of a collective introduction video!

We know, we know, some of you are shy. However, think about it as a way to begin creating coherence, of alchemizing our voices, of getting our ideas to start making love with each other.

If you are in, record it with your phone or camera in horizontal format, and save the file using your full name (ex: roxishohadaee_DSDvideo.mp4). You have till the 2nd of September to complete your upload.

Choose 2 or 3 of these prompts and try to answer them in under two minutes:

1. Your name and the city you’re based in! (15 secs)

2. What is your favorite Visionary idea and why? (45 secs)

3. What’s your regenerative superpower in 2030? (30 secs)

Example: "In 2030 my regenerative superpower is growing 80% of my own food and starting a community garden to share with 50 of my neighbors"

4. Choose or create an unusual word that is a great concept or idea and provide an explanation! (45 secs)

5. If you were tasked to come up with a secret salut/sign for the Design Science Studio crew, what would it be? (30secs)
